Flimkien għal Ambjent Aħjar (FAA) is a NGO committed to preserving Malta's heritage & quality of life
FAA expresses agreement with the proposed restoration and repurposing of Villa Sans Souci for an elderly care home, as long as there is strict compliance with height limitations as per Marsaxlokk Bay Local Plan, preservation of its original architectural characteristics and the maintaining of the existing greenery within the site.

By choosing to carry out the 20 hours of community work with FAA, students will have the unique opportunity to cultivate essential skills, connect with like-minded individuals, establish valuable contacts within the professional sphere, and make a meaningful contribution to their community. ![]()

1. Photography and Videography for Social Media:![]()
• Role intended for: Art and technology students.![]()
• Responsible for: Capturing stunning visuals of FAA’s events and projects. This work will be showcased on FAA’s social media platforms.![]()

2. Plant Sales:![]()
• Role intended for: Environmental science, agriculture, and nature enthusiasts.![]()
• Responsible for: Assisting with plant labelling, inventory management, and sales at FAA’s fundraising plant sales.![]()

3. Vintage Thrifting Sales:![]()
• Role intended for: Fashion and textile students, and anyone with an interest in vintage clothing.![]()
• Responsible for: Sorting through donated items, creating inventory lists, and assisting with the organisation and running of the vintage thrifting sales.![]()

4. Research and Writing:![]()
• Role intended for: Students with a passion for writing and an interest in environmental and cultural issues.![]()
• Responsible for: Researching and writing engaging articles, blog posts, and social media content about environmental and cultural heritage in Malta. Contributions will be featured on FAA’s website and social media pages.![]()

5. Translations:![]()
• Role intended for: Language students or anyone proficient in foreign languages.![]()
• Responsible for: Translating existing content from our website into other languages.![]()
